This is a tool for extracting Japanese strings from source code.
Ignores comments and extracts only Japanese messages.
Also, add a comment of "TODO: Japanese message" to lines containing Japanese strings.

Supports C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Go, Swift, Kotlin, PHP, Scala, and Rust.
Conversion is done locally. Input codes are not transmitted to the Internet, so there is absolutely no risk of information leakage.
